"Searching for quotes on a new policy can be very overwhelming and I was in over my head. I appreciate that Jared reached out to me immediately. I can be very busy and forgetful however Jared and his team have followed up with me to be sure I was lined up for my new premium date and made this transition as smooth as possible. The follow up has been very welcoming. State Farm was able to give me a very competitive quote for my auto and renters policy. "After finding out just about every other insurance company gave me a lower premium I canceled my policy with this office and requested a refund. I've now waited almost 3 months for my $1500 refund. They randomly changed my address after re sending the check to the wrong address and then spelled my name wrong which meant they had to resend it again. Now I still have no refund check and they don't seem to want to help out correct it at all."
